One of my favorite entertaining ambiance building tricks is to use left-over wine or Champagne corks as place card holders. Using a sharpened paring knife, simply take each cork and gently make a horizontal incision across the top of each one. Next, place each small name card in each cork slot. Voila, instant cheap and chic!
